5. INTRODUCTION
From the earth’s surface upwards,
there is a change in temperature.
Based on this change in temperature;
the atmosphere has been divided into
different layers
6. ATMOSPHERIC LAYER
From the earth’s surface upwards, there is a
change in temperature based on this change in
temperature the atmosphere has been divided in
to 4 layers
Atmospheric Layer
Troposphere Stratosphere Mesosphere Thermosphere
8. STRATOSPHERE
In the lower part of stratosphere, the
temperature is constant. This mears
that as the height increases, the
temperature does not vary.
9. MESOSPHERE
The atmospheric layer that extends
from 50 km to 80 km above the sea
level is mesosphere. As the height
increases, the temperature in the
mesosphere decreases.
10. THERMOSPHERE
• This is an area where the
temperature increases abruptly. As
the height increases, the
temperature in the thermosphere
also increases.
11. CONCLUSION
• The above discussed were the four
different types of layer in
atmosphere. The atmospheric
layers play a vital role in human
life
