2. WHAT IS AIR ?
20XX Presentation title 2
• Air is all around us but we cannot see it. We can only feel air while
it moves .Moving air is called wind .Air is main reason for life on
Earth. Without air ,life would be impossible .All living beings need
air to breathe .
3. ATMOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 3
• A thick layer of air ,which surrounds the earth is called atmosphere.
It is a part of the earth. As the earth moves this blanket of air all so
moves . The atmosphere can be divided into the following :
• Troposphere
• Stratosphere
• Mesosphere
• Thermosphere
• Exosphere
4. TROPOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 4
• The troposphere is the lowest layer of Earth's atmosphere. Most
of the mass (about 75-80%) of the atmosphere is in the
troposphere. Most types of clouds are found in the troposphere,
and almost all weather occurs within this layer. ... The bottom of
the troposphere is at Earth's surface.
5. STRATOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 5
• The stratosphere is a layer of Earth's atmosphere. It is the
second layer of the atmosphere as you go upward. The
troposphere, the lowest layer, is right below the stratosphere. ...
The lower boundary of the stratosphere is called the
tropopause; the upper boundary is called the stratopause.
6. MESOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 6
• The mesosphere is a layer of Earth's atmosphere. The
mesosphere is directly above the stratosphere and below the
thermosphere. It extends from about 50 to 85 km (31 to 53
miles) above our planet. Temperature decreases with height
throughout the mesosphere.
7. THERMOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 7
• The thermosphere is a layer of Earth's atmosphere. The
thermosphere is directly above the mesosphere and below the
exosphere. It extends from about 90 km (56 miles) to between
500 and 1,000 km (311 to 621 miles) above our planet. ... Solar
activity strongly influences temperature in the thermosphere.
8. EXOSPHERE
20XX Presentation title 8
• The exosphere is the uppermost region of Earth's atmosphere
as it gradually fades into the vacuum of space. The air in the
exosphere is extremely thin - in many ways it is almost the same
as the airless void of outer space. ... Not all scientists agree that
the exosphere is really a part of the atmosphere.
9. SUMMERY

blanket of air all so moves
