"the stabbing" so the character may have experienced some horrible things. Then it goes on by

have cannot even be explained in words. To think not one team has been within five points of

Our batters our having no luck against the darts that their pitcher is throwing. As we have not
received a hit in the first five innings. The game was still tied 0–0, as I once again headed back out

John Rawls 's Theory Of Justice
If we could invent a time–traveling machine and go back in time there are decisions and events that
we would go through great lengths to try to reverse or change the outcome of in the future. We
might decide to not take a specific date to the prom, stay with the one that got away, or work on our
jump shot a little more. But what would we do if we could put a video game reset on our society as
a whole? John Rawls proposed a similar question in his theory of the original position in A Theory
of Justice. In Rawls original position, he asks individuals to decide which laws and principles would
work in the best interest of society as a whole if we were to have a sort of fresh start (Shaw & Barry,
2016). This theory and other theories proposed by Rawls encourage individuals to make objective
decisions in business and in everyday life that allow for cooperative efforts to take place and for
positive changes to be made within society.
Why is this? Under the original position we would all choose a society that held fundamental
liberties for everyone and would hold that inequalities only be allowed if they would benefit the
least fortunate (Shaw & Barry, 2016). This sounds too good to be true, as many people have
conflicting interests and beliefs that would prevent them from this sort of reasoning, you might say.
Rawls, however, also asks that people remove their individual biases, status, gender, etc. or use a
veil of ignorance when assessing their idealized fundamental principles.

In his book 'A Theory of Justice', Rawls was dissatisfied with the traditional philosophical
arguments about what makes a social institution just and about what justifies political or social
actions and policies. The utilitarian argument holds that societies should pursue the greatest good for

We are baseball scouts and we just got to the high school to look at a player. He is on the home team
and is a shortstop that we want to draft. His number is 71. He is batting cleanup (4th). He just came
out to take batting practice.
Now in the 1st inning, with 2 outs, he makes a diving stop to get the third out. End of the inning. He
is up to bat in the bottom of the first inning with runners on 2nd and 3rd, one out. Here comes the
pitch... BOOM! That ball hit him right in the small of the back. He is down and he's not getting back

An interesting fact that I found while researching my topic is that when fielding a grounder, you
should always begin with your glove all the way on the ground. If the ball takes a hop, you can

Restraints limit a patient's movement. This brings up many ethical debates and issues. There are
certain guidelines that should be followed when it comes to using restraints. It is important to know
the different kinds of restraints, how to apply a physical restraint properly and how to administer a
chemical restraint safely. It is important to consider alternatives as the use of restraints can present
risk and negative outcomes.
History of Restraints Restraints were incorporated into health care many decades ago. "In the late
1970s, more than 25% of U.S residents in long–term care facilities were restrained compared to a
current average of 5%" (Taylor, Lillis, Lynn, 2015, p. 707). "Since 1987, the federal government and
accrediting agencies have worked to reduce or eliminate the use of restraints" (Taylor et al. 2015, p.
708). Also according to Taylor, Lillis, and Lynn (2015) a Safety Alert from the Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) in 1995 informed nurses and other members of the health care team the risks
of using side rails, especially when all four side rails are up.

Personal Reflection
This week, I meet with my study group two times this week and we did a study guide for everyone
to study from. Also, this week I frequently study each day and went to the library to study. I am little
bit nervous about this test, because the information is so much, and I am having problem
concentrating on the major and key concepts, however, I will have realized and focused on my test.
This week, I visited Sandy and she showed me few tips how to tackle nclex question. Also, this
week I hired a private tutor to help prepared for the test. Furthermore, this weekend, I will not work
and eradicate going out with my friend and family. My goal for this week is to achieve 94 or above
on this test. I went online this week and did several Nclex questions on quiz let and did a lot of
practice test.
Currently, I am still having difficulty answering select all that apply question. I have reviewed
several online but unfortunately these tips are not helping. I am so sorry that these select all that
apply question will impact my score significantly. I have practiced repeatedly but I have failed to
gather strategies' that will increase my ability to approach the test question and I will need help
tackle these questions. This weekend I will try to do 50 or above select all that apply to see if it will
help me transform my struggle into a success. Furthermore, this week it was hard to understand the

Shannon was born at 23 weeks gestation and weighed only 1 pound 7 oz. She was hospitalized for
five month, and this experience itself is a concern for developmental delays. She is now 12 months
of age chronologically, and 9 months developmentally. Shannon's areas of concern are her visual
impairment as well as developmental delays in motor, cognitive, communication and social and
emotional areas. Shannon appears to be in the neonate stage of development regardless of her

win. But Daniel Murphy is up, now it is a harder out for the Nationals but their closing pitcher is
doing great this inning. Daniel hit the ball it was a grounder to first the second basement took his
time to throw it to get the batter out. Sadly the game was over and the Mets lost but the Mets still
have a chance in getting into the World Serious.
Overall I had so much fun even though they still lost they did great out there that is all that matters.
The cool thing is i got to go into a MLB baseball stadium to watch the New York Mets play the
Washington Nationals. I went to the gift shop to get a mini bat the color is blue my brother got the
same one but the color is orange. I am looking forward to going to another MLB baseball

the option with a greater maximum possibility, even if it has a minimum which is worse than the
others. The final condition is that the alternatives have unacceptable worst–possible outcomes. If the

original position will not opt for a maximin solution because it is not a rational principle to follow

My hands were sweating, my feet were tapping , and my heart was throbbing all because of this one
game. It was a Tuesday afternoon in route to my baseball game. The team and I were all in the bus
talking about their predictions for our upcoming game. Not one person predicted us to win, all of us
knew Newark Catholic was really good and we figured we didn't have shot. We were a mediocre

As my teammate, Andrew was walking up to the plate, every single one of my teammates; including
myself, were yelling out of their minds at the fact that we were trailing this late in the game. We
were cheering on Andrew when he made the mistake of watching a perfect strike, and especially
when he hit a single down the first base line which drove in one run. I was standing in the on–deck
circle. My arms were coated with cold chills as I anxiously walked up to the plate. My teammates
were ambitiously chanting while I stepped into the batter's box to either win or lose the game. Either

My First MVP Tag
Walking on the freshly cut grass, smelling the fresh air of the warm summer evening, wondering
will this be my special day, that I'll be getting my first MVP tag. I start warming up my are thinking
about all the possibilities that this game might bring, and if God will give me any good luck.
"Play Ball" yells the ump. We were playing the Berrien County Bulldogs. They were away, so they
hit first. They went one,two,three. I came up to bat in the bottom half of the inning in the two hole. I
got in my stance took a deep breath and started to swing. I swung and prayed for the best. I drove a
bullet and it went down the third base line, I rounded second, waiting for an overthrow, but I didn't
get what I wished for, I stayed at second. I scored on a double, it was 1–0 us in the top of the
