untuk memperlancar informasi antara guru, siswa, kepala sekolah, dan staf administrasi.

4.12 Menyusun teks tulis pemberitahuan (announcement), sangat pendek dan sederhana, dengan memperhatikan fungsi sosial,

Announcement is a written or spoken statement that tells people
about something or public or formal words that announce
something.
4. The structure of announcement:
1. Title
The most important part of announcement that summarize the main point
of the content
2. Explanation: the detail information of announcement
Who: the announcement’s maker
What: the content of announcement
When: the time of the agenda or announcement
Where: the place of the agenda/event
Whom: the people who are given the announcement.
