This document provides an example of transcription, translation, and replication using a DNA sequence. One strand of DNA is used to generate mRNA which is then translated to an amino acid sequence of Ser-Ser-Ser-Arg-STOP. However, if the complementary DNA strand is used, it generates a different mRNA that translates to the amino acid sequence of Ser-Ser-Thr-Arg-Ser-Ser-Gly-Cys-Ser. The DNA, mRNA, and resulting protein sequences are provided as an exercise in understanding the genetic code and molecular processes.
