2. What I have learned about my leadership
In this section you should reflect on the main things you have learned about your
leadership through participating in the course including, but not limited to:
 how your leadership has impacted on others;
 other peoples’ perception of your leadership style;
 how you have responded to the leadership of others; and
 what you have learned from the opportunity to discuss your leadership with
others.
3. A review of my main leadership strengths and strengths
as a change agent
In this section you should reflect on what you perceive your main leadership and
change agent strengths to be and any feedback you have received about these

In this section you should reflect on the aspects of leadership and change that you
find challenging. To do this it might be helpful to build on any feedback from your
group members and/or colleagues at work and then compare and contrast this
with your initial self-appraisal.

In this section you should summarise how you plan to build on your current
leadership style and behaviour and change capability. You should clearly outline if
you will do anything differently and illustrate what you will do and why you have
chosen to make this change.

In this section you should identify the main things that you have chosen to
prioritise as important for developing your leadership and change capabilities and
explain why you have chosen these themes. Try to be specific: what will you do,
when, how, with who etc. Make these SMART – Specific, Measureable,
Achieveable, Relevant and Timebound.
