The exam is worth 20% of your final average:
10% for the test
10% for the project
3. There are two parts to the final.
Part 1: Escribir y Hablar (the project) – 3 parts (Written
Spanish, Spoken Spanish and Written English) – read the
instructions carefully!
Part 2: Leer y Escuchar (the test)
It covers all course material.
You can work on the two parts in any order. You should complete
each part in one sitting. No outside resources should be used.
WHAT TO EXPECT
4. A comprehensive, reflective and creative project.
Use a web 2.0 tool (prezi, storybird, etc.)
Show off what you have learned.
There are visual, speaking and written elements.
THE PROJECT
5. Reread your feedback from your teacher on your writing
assignments.
Rewatch the grammar presentations in each lesson.
Review the Lección section of your announcements.
Study your notes.
Don’t wait until the last minute to avoid computer
issues.
PREPARING FOR THE FINAL
6. Remember – no outside resources should be
used. You really don’t want to fail a portion of
the exam for using outside vocabulary or
grammar.
