any stress that you might develop in your life.
EXERCISE BUILDS HAPPY HORMONES
• Second, exercise is known to increase
endorphins, the happiness hormones.
• When you have more happy hormones than
stress hormones you are more able to develop
a positive attitude to help you overcome any
problems.
