• Managed change control issues for yearly Swift upgrade development and simultaneous software development.

• Directed design, development, and implementation of a WebSphere DataStage market specific data system
reducing bottlenecks in settlement trade systems and fines for failed trades.
• Reverse-engineered old Micro Focus data extraction system. Replacing it with a system that reduced processing
time from 4 hours to 10 minutes. This saved millions of dollars and secured new clients.
• Achieved $100,000 savings in hardware expenses and licensing fees by redesigning and converting a remote
trading system from WebSphere DataStage TX to Informatica.

reporting system implemented system-wide and well received by clients
• Analyzed, proposed project requirements, documented, developed, tested and instituted several new SWIFT
equity message systems for settling and generating client trades reducing processing and delivery time.
