From the View Financial Aid Status screen click on the gold key

3. Parent PLUS Loan Guest Access

under Permissions
▪ Parent PLUS LoanAccess is
checked

4. Parent PLUS Loan Guest Access
(Present and incorrect)
▪ ClickView History
▪ Parent PLUS Loans is not
included under Permissions
▪ Parent PLUS LoanAccess is not
checked
▪ Resolution:
 Email Kerry or Crystalann so
that the permission and access
can be manually added
 Once permission and access is
created you will need to
manually create relationship

5. Parent PLUS Loan Guest Access
(Present and incorrect)
▪ ClickView History
▪ Student has guest access
created for parent with no
Parent PLUS Loan access
▪ Resolution:
 Manually create relationship
 Once created parent will be
able to accept Parent PLUS
Loan on their MyASU guest
access

6. Parent PLUS Loan Guest Access
(Present and incorrect)
▪ ClickView History
▪ Student has guest access
created for parent with no
Parent PLUS Loan permission
▪ Resolution:
 Student must login to their
MyASU and update the parent
permissions for the guest
access
 Send communication: PLUS
Action – Modify Guest
Permission

7. Manually Create Relationship
You will need:
▪ Student ID
▪ Parent ID
 Go to Relationships screen
 Click Add NewValue
 Enter students ID
 Click Add

8. Manually Create Relationship
 Enter Parent ID in the Related ID field
 HitTab
 Parent’s information will populate
 Update Guardian to Parent
 Click Save
