3. We have two main objectives:
1. Develop curriculum materials to form the basis
of the TOT program
2. Conduct a TOT program that builds the capacity
of relevant Provincial and District government
authorities

4. PILOT Project:
 Vientiane province, Feuang District with 3
villages: Nakhang, Na Xeng and Phonsavath;
