 All Provinces in Cambodia and overall 82 Teams land
registration use Access database
 Up to April 2016 the record land parcel registration total
around 4 million
 2000-2013: LMAP/LASSP, FINNMAP support the
development DBMS MS-ACCESS application

 Digitizing of parcel boundaries
 Entry Data Owner information
 Produce the official documents

 Deprecated Software and file formats
 Missing features such as:
 Condominium
 Hypothec and other burdens
 Multi ownership (more than two owners)

8.  GIZ support to develop DBMS by using Free Open Source
Software PostgreSQL, QGIS from Sep 2015 Until Dec 2016
 Beginning of programming in Jan 2016
 Ms-Access Database model and the implemented workflow was
the basis for the CCIS
