2.  Installation of Rack servers,Blade servers,and storages
 Troubleshooting the hardware issues on the server
 Providing the technical training to the team engineers for all kind of dell products
 Replacing the required parts and making the server up
 Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of windows server 2012/2008 and 2003
 Installation of SAN & NAS and Tape libraries
 Configuring all RAIDs and maintaining the raid level in maximum optimal state by assigning hot
spares.

 Configuring Backup Applications and scheduling backups in different scenario as per customer
requirement
