Doing ISO/TS & Internal Process ,Product Audit. Responsible for maintaining ISO documentation,
SOP &Manual.
Responsible for countermeasure report for adressing the complaints within 48 hours of reporting of
defect.
Responsible for APQP,PPAP,FMEA,CONROL PLAN,QUALITY CIRCLE documentation.
Review the countermeasure sheet and implementation of these countermeasure with customer quality
manager.
Conduct patrol inspection in machine shop and ensure that corrective & preventive actions are taken against
abnormalities and sporadic problems are handled promptly.
Analysis of Customer Complaint through 8D approach, CAPA & 7QC Tools etc.
Responsible for daily rejection and update Quality Glass Wall.
Doing Responsibility of TPM Co-Ordinator & Chairman of HINSHITSU PILLAR (QM Pillar).
Initiate the Quality Circle by involving all employees to counter Attack at Top Problems.

2. Monitor Recieving quality control through review of countermeasure for up-gradation of supplier with RQC
Manager to achieve receiving Rejection 1500 ppm .
Improving operational efficiency by reducing rejections and non-value added activities and logistics
improvement.
Doing MRM with management on Actual vs Plan and show reports what we do according to PDCA cycle.
Responsible to track failure and gaps & solve them by using DMAIC,PDCA Methodologies.
Responsible for QMS audit of MICROTURNERS GROUP (other Units)& Vendors as a External Auditor.
Responsible for providing training to inter plant and at vendor’s end.

It is TS-16949 owned company Manufacturing of Electric Power Steering in partnership with Sona Koyo
Steering Systems Ltd. (SKSSL). Manufacturing operations unit of JSAI is located in the Bawal Industrial
Area within the Indian state of Haryana. JTEKT owns 51 % of the joint venture, and SKSSL owns 49%.
Main customer of company is Maruti Suzuki, Nissan, Honda, Toyota ,Renault, Ashok Leyland ,M&M etc.
