Im working in the field of water and power production.my work includes chemical work on line
and on laboratory through achieving the routine daily tests ,determine doses of chemical materials ,deal
with analyzers for maintainance –calibration-setting adjustment-input and output connection ,finally I
have develop the work through a lot of small inexpensive ideas
Education and Qualifications
*Tanta University-Faculty of Science,B sc of science-Chemistry department-May2005 with final
grade (good),
*analytical chemistry diploma with grade very good
*EHS certificate(OSHA)
Work Experience
* septemper 2005 – Dec 2013 Beheira water and drainage company
Beheira water and drainage company is considered to be one of the pioneering companies
in the field of water production in Egypt according to the foreign directionsthat deal with the
company
My work includes
Acheving full analysis of various stages of water (raw/filtered)
*chemical analysis (PH-turbidity -conductivity –alkalinity-total hardness-calcium hardness-
chlorides-)measuring cations,anions(ammonia-aluminium-iron-nitrite nitrate-phosphate-sulfate-silicates)
*Bacteriological analysis(total plate count-total coliforme-fecal coliform-streptococus)algae
precipitating and detection-protozoa staining and detection
*Full supervising of the disinfection of water using chlorineand determine suitable doses of
chlorine and alum for observing the quality of the produced water
*follow and monitoring the stages of both water treatment and water in the net work
*disinfecting the new pipe lines before intering into service
*monitoring the cleaning of the old lines by air and (Ca-Na)hypochlorite
*practicing on safety works against different kinds of fire like "electrical-chemical-compined "fire
*practicing on safety works against chemicals and harmful gases like chlorine
*using different kinds of fire fighting instruments which uses (dried chemical powder-carbon
dioxide)
*responsible of RO unit
* full supervision on the plant in every thing related to water quality

2. DOOSAN heavy industries & construction in the supercritical
thermal powerplant 2*650 MW in ELAIN ELSOKHNA IN EGYPT
My work includes
* in the commissioning team im responsible for supervision of chemical cleaning and steam water
analysis system(SWAS) which includes different type of analysers( PH – DO -sc-cc-dcc-ammonia-iron-
hydrazine –sodium-silica) of the 2 units
* commissiong of the analyzers adjusting and calibration
* responsible of safety of chemicals addition of the work team inside the boiler
*start up the analysis units
*adjusting the sampling system and maintainance
*maintainance of the sampling system
*monitoring the chemical doosing of ammonia and hydrazine
*responsible for the condition of water inside the boiler and steam to match the crietiria
*calibrating and setting adjustment of the analyzers
*maintainance of the analyzers
*fuel additives supervision
*chemical lab analysis
