DCS Engineer in chlorine factory in NCIC Nasr Company for Intermediate Chemicals.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for safe operating operation of plant startup, shutdown and carry out the
trouble shooting of the plant.
• Monitoring the process equipment like chlorine day, Tanks, evaporator , ion-
exchangers, candles, heat exchangers, pumps , dryers , boilers , air compressors,
valves , electric cells 100 elements, blowers ,separators, settler, reactors , saturator.

3. • Monitoring and controlling the operating vacuum, pressure, temperature, levels and
flow on the operating system.
• Inspecting the operations, adjusting the valves, recording the readings of gauges and
indicators, reporting the abnormalities and taking the corrective actions.

log sheet.
