3. Two Parts of OG Pay Plan
The Compensation Plan
1. Retail Sales - Profit 100% and More…
(Profit between Wholesale Purchase and Retail Sale)
2. Fast Start Bonuses - $20, $80 y $150
(based on the Biz Pack your Personal Associates they start with OG).
3. Dual Team Bonus - 10%, 15%, 20%
(Commissions based of the Weekly New Associates Sign Ups that is
generated within the Dual Team).
4. Residual Income / Re-orders - Up to 32%
(Based on all the re-orders purchased within your organization up to
nine (9) levels.
5. Unilevel Matching Income Checks - Up to 50%
(Based on the Unilevel Income Checks of your Associates within your
organization up to four (4) levels in depth).
6. Generational Bonus - Up to a total of 14%
(Based on the development of Leadership of Sapphire Ranking and
above, Unilevel Re-orders up to 4 generations and unlimited depth).
7. Global Bonus Pool - 3% (Sharing Three (3%) of Global
Unilevel Sales, once qualified as a Ruby Consultant and above.)

1. Marketing Associate (Purchasing a BRONZE OG Pack $199.00
OR Enroll 2 Personal Associate within 30 days (400 cv).
2. Supervisor (Enroll 5 Personal Associates within 30 days (600 cv)
3. Consultant (Purchasing a SILVER OG Pack $499.00 OR Enroll 5
Personal Associate within 30 days (1.000 cv).
4. Gold Pack Consultant Purchasing a GOLD OG Pack $1,295 OR
Enroll 5 Personal Associate within 30 days (14.000 cv).
5. Sapphire Consultant (4 Personal Qualified Consultants – Two
on Each Side of Your Dual Team and 14,000 Points along with the 40%
Rule within 30 days.
6. Ruby Consultant (6 Personal Qualified Consultants - Three on
Each Side of Your Dual Team and 40,000 Points along with the 40%
Rule within 30 days.
7. Emerald Consultant (8 Personal Qualified Consultants – Four

qualification requirements.
