Active status: New Consultants enrolled between Jan and June will retain active status until the last of December of the same year.New Consultants enrolled between July and December will retain active status until the last day of June of the
following year. Active status will be maintained with cumulative personal volume of $650 within any of the six months that apply.
Active Consultant: Consultants who place a $200 minimum commissionable retail order during a commissionable month
Advancement: Upward movement in title by achieving specific promotion requirements at each level
Bonus:The compensation paid to a Consultant for leadership activities and earned incentives
Bypass Rule:Bypass will be considered when a Consultant reaches the same title or above of her/his personal sponsor. Any given Consultant could bypass her/his personal sponsor based on personal performance. Personal sponsor will continue
to earn all overrides on that Consultant personal volume.
Commission:The compensation paid to a Consultant for the personal sale of commissionable products
Compression: Compression occurs when a Director and above is no longer active. The success line of the inactive leader is permanently detached and rolls up under the first active success line Director.
Director Team: Comprised of Consultants personally enrolled by you and every Consultant down to the next Director team
Director Team Override: Commissions earned from sales of Consultants personally enrolled by you and every Consultant down to the next Director team.
Director TeamVolume:The commissionable retail total of product sold by Consultants personally enrolled by you and every Consultant down to the next Director team.
Generation 1:Any personal team of a Director who is directly promoted by any Director
Generation 2:Any personal team of a Director promoted by a Generation 1 Director
Generation 3:Any personal team of a Director promoted by a Generation 2 Director
Generation 4:Any personal team of a Director promoted by a Generation 3 Director
Group:A Consultants personal team and her/his entire success line down to the generation of your paid as title
GroupVolume :The commissionable retail total of product sold by your personal team and her/his entire success line down to the generation of your paid as title
GroupVolume Override:The commissions earned from the retail total of products sold by your personal team and entire success line down to the generation of your paid as title
Leadership Structure:The composition of your entire success line according to the compensation plan. Includes personal enrollments through Sr. Executive Directors.
Level 1 Active Consultants: Consultants directly sponsored by you with $200 monthly commissionable personal volume
Level 1 Consultants: Consultants personally sponsored by you
Level 2 Consultants: Consultants personally sponsored by your level 1 Consultants
Mentoring (Grace) Period: Directly promoted Director’s Central Team volume will be added to promoting Director’s Central Team Volume for a period of 6 months following promotion. Promoting Director’s Central Team Volume
requirements will go down to $7,500 during this 6 month period. Promoting Director’s Gen 1 override will be effective in month 7 following promotion
Mentoring Bonus:This bonus will be paid to the promoting Sr.Team Leader, Director and above once the newly promoted Sr.Team Leader or Director has met minimum qualifications for 3 consecutive months following promotion.
Misses (Title Maintenance):The number of months within a calendar year that a Consultant is allowed to miss her/his title qualifications. When a Consultant has exhausted her/his allowed misses they will be reclassified at the title in which
they qualified
OneTimeTitle Advancement Bonus:The bonus paid for promotingTeam Leaders,SeniorTeam Leaders,Directors and Senior Directors.The title advancement bonus will be paid immediately upon promotion. For Executive Director,Senior
Executive Director and Presidential Director this bonus will paid 50% upon promotion and the remaining 50% in 3 monthly installments thereafter as long as the promoting Consultant achieves group volume requirement.
Overrides: Commissions a Consultant earns on sales made by Consultants in his/her Down line
Paid as Title: The highest title for which a Consultant is qualified in a commission period. The paid-as title may be the same as or lower than or higher than the Consultant’s actual title.All bonuses are based on a consultant’s paid-as title unless
otherwise specified.
Personal Qualified Enrollment Bonus:A one time bonus paid to the Sponsoring Consultant for every new personally enrolled‘qualified’ Consultant.
Personal Team Overrides: Commission earned from Level 1 and Level 2 Consultants
Personal TeamVolume:The total commissionable retail sales comprised of PersonalVolume and PersonalVolume of level 1 and level 2 Consultants
PersonalVolume Bonus 5%:An additional 5% bonus available for Consultants, Sr. Consultants,Team Leaders to earn based on submitting $1500 (minimum) total retail commissionable sales within a commissionable month.
PersonalVolume Bonus 10%:An additional 10% bonus available for Sr.Team Leaders, Directors, Sr. Directors, Executive Directors, Sr. Executive Directors, and Presidential Directors to earn based on submitting $1500 (minimum) total retail
commissionable sales within a commissionable month.
PersonalVolume :The commissionable retail total of product you personally sell. Your discount level is applied to the commissionable retail amount of your personal sales. Do not include tax, shipping and handling charges or hostess products.
PersonalVolume Commission:The discount percentage if purchasing or percentage earned for personal retail product.
Qualified: $1,500 cumulative personal volume during the first 2 full commissionable months
Success line: Your Director team and all her/his Director generations
Title:The level you have achieved in the compensation plan

Promoting Director’s Central Team Volume requirements will go down to $7,500 during this 6 month period. Promoting Director’s Gen 1 override will be effective in month 7 following promotion Mentoring Bonus:This bonus will be paid to the promoting Sr.Team Leader, Director and above once the newly promoted Sr.Team Leader or Director has met minimum qualifications for 3 consecutive months following promotion. Misses (Title Maintenance):The number of months within a calendar year that a Consultant is allowed to miss her/his title qualifications. When a Consultant has exhausted her/his allowed misses they will be reclassified at the title in which they qualified OneTimeTitle Advancement Bonus:The bonus paid for promotingTeam Leaders,SeniorTeam Leaders,Directors and Senior Directors.The title advancement bonus will be paid immediately upon promotion. For Executive Director,Senior Executive Director and Presidential Director this bonus will paid 50% upon promotion and the remaining 50% in 3 monthly installments thereafter as long as the promoting Consultant achieves group volume requirement. Overrides: Commissions a Consultant earns on sales made by Consultants in his/her Down line Paid as Title: The highest title for which a Consultant is qualified in a commission period. The paid-as title may be the same as or lower than or higher than the Consultant’s actual title.All bonuses are based on a consultant’s paid-as title unless otherwise specified. PersonalVolume Bonus 10%:An additional 10% bonus available for Sr.Team Leaders, Directors, Sr. Directors, Executive Directors, Sr. Executive Directors, and Presidential Directors to earn based on submitting $1500 (minimum) total retail commissionable sales within a commissionable month. PersonalVolume :The commissionable retail total of product you personally sell. Your discount level is applied to the commissionable retail amount of your personal sales.
