  9. 9. The speaker best follows the commandment: Thou Shalt not read thy speech. By using his art in his public speaking there is no real script toread from, mostly his art rendition.

  19. 19. I guess it depends on what the topic your speaking about but Iwould use the visual idea to keep the audience attention. Even ifyour not using art, you could havediagrams or posters. A slide show would be effective as well.
