8. Which of the ten TED
Commandments does the speaker
best follow? How/why?
9. The speaker best follows the
commandment: Thou Shalt not
read thy speech.
By using his art in his public
speaking there is no real script to
read from, mostly his art rendition.
10. Evaluate the speaker in terms of
dynamism from 1 (lowest) to 5
(highest). What could the
speaker have done to increase his
or her dynamism?
11. I give the speaker a 5 because of
his technique allows for a visual in
his speech. I don’t know what
there is he could do to be more
dynamic considering I rated him a
5 which is the highest.
13. I cant say that I noticed anything
from them in his style of speech.
14. What have you learned about
delivery based upon watching
your presenter?
15. I’ve learned a new way to keep the
audience attention using some
type of visual along with your
speech.
16. Compare and contrast your speaker
to Sir Ken Robinson from the two
videos you watched (“Schools Kill
Creativity” and “Changing Education
Paradigms”)
17. I believe they both used the same
commandment which was to not
Read thy Speech. The difference
lied where Raghava used his art as
a part of his speech.
18. What tips can you give your
classmates on delivery for their
upcoming speeches based ONLY
on your TED Talk?
19. I guess it depends on what the
topic your speaking about but I
would use the visual idea to keep
the audience attention. Even if
your not using art, you could have
diagrams or posters. A slide show
would be effective as well.
