Part I Sightseeing the exhibition
ROLE N°1: You are a museum visitor
We will give one Visitor Identification Card per group. Each
ID card contains one character.
Before the visit You have to describe the character by filling in
the ID card.
During the visit You try to see the museum through the eyes of
your group character.
Beside sightseeing museum/exhibition, the visit will focus on one
object. You describe the object from the perspective of Your
visitor by filling the Object Question Card.

ROLE N°2: You are a museum consultant
You have just been hired as a consultant by the
museum. You visit their collections for the
first time with the museum staff and you are
trying to find out what the museum really
needs.
You can use questions from Consultant
Question Card.

Part II Creating the project
ROLE N°3: You are a Museum Project
Manager
Your task is to prepare creative brief of the
project. The brief should describe your
idea to attract the audience with the given
object via IT tools.

ROLE N°4: You are a Designer Team
You are a designer studio who wish to
answer the creative brief of the museum
with a good project. Our WAM speakers
are now your mentors, they are available
to answer your questions. During the
brainstorming fill the Project Board.

Part III Presenting the project
Introduce your project to the museum team
(public presentation of the project by each
team in front of the other teams). You can
present your project using i.e.: Lego
filming, drama playing, comics, stop-
motion...
The presentation should focus on user
experience.
