I have found this to be a useful slide for some audiences – mostly those coming from an entrenched ‘waterfall’ background. The key message is about the frequency of health checks on an Agile project, which give insight into quality and progress For clarity, the slide ignores the truth that most waterfall projects are phased to reduce risk. Advanced Agile projects will also include deployment in their feature development - again, this is not shown.
