1.Shampoo your hair as
often as needed.
2.Choose the right shampoo
for your hair type.

oil on the scalp using a
piece of cotton.

Cut your toenail, Cut them straight
across to prevent ingrown toenails.
Soak your feet in warm, soapy water

Apply foot deodorant or powder and
change your socks everyday. Wear
cotton socks for proper air circulation.
