My Travaasa This is a consideration of the character traits that go beyond just experience on paper to speak to core values and principles that allow me to strengthen a team, informing my Travaasa Service - a genuine desire to help others grow and succeed, providing excellent service to meet and exceed expectations Urgency & Efficiency – in a fast moving world response time makes a difference. I believe in taking care of things effectively and efficiently with Immediate attention, a will to drive progress, and consistent focus Attention to Detail – if that's where the devil lies I'll find him. I'm paying attention and strive to maintain consistently aware state Insight & Innovation – seeing between the lines to find solutions before being asked, not just listening but hearing, thinking holistically and seeking feedback, proactively creating processes and refining systems to enhance productivity Honest Feedback - being open to constructive criticism, willing to revise previous systems, consider alternatives and adapt to new processes. 12. Principles and Purpose It is the details of life, our approach to it, our patterns of thinking that inform who we are and what we are capable of. From a very young age I had a hunger for knowledge , my degree reflects its pursuit – Philosophy literally translating to “love of knowledge”. It is in part this pursuit that informs my thinking, principles and purpose,and the desire to evolve personally and professionally. Commitment to sustainability – at home, at work, a personal responsibility to the world that provides the conditions to thrive and evolve, consideration for the impact of my actions “ You must be the change you want to see in the world.” Mahatma Gandhi “ I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do.” Helen Keller “ I Don't Know” is not in my vocabulary. Finding answers, utilizing and cultivating resources, seeing opportunity in challenge Mind like water, is a concept I have always loved.
