- Welcome the class, Housekeeping: Inform caregivers of where the restrooms are located. Introduce yourself and give some background history of yourself. How many years of service and how long you have been a trainer. You may include your other positions you had. Transition: Before we get started can anyone tell me what was your first thought or question when you heard your hospital system partnered with Accretive Health. Wait for responses. Then say well for those who didn’t say anything did you hear or ask yourself the following questions and click to the next slide.
- Materials needed: Podium/tall stand Use a dry erase board Dry erase marker Dry eraser Bell How to play: Divide the class into 2 groups. Use the face off slide and have 1 person from each group come to the front. Ask the group to name their team. Example: Blue Team Write their names on the board and keep track of their score. State the prompts for the game; the first of the 2 players to ring the bell should say their answer, if they answered correctly, reveal the answer. If it is not the top answer, the other player gets to try for a higher answer.
