1. How to get started at 50+
Speak to our certified instructors about
yourself which would typically be
about your condition of health and
fitness.
The instructor would invite you for a trial
class during which time he would
check you out psycho physiologically.
He would then counsel you post-test
and guide you through the
membership procedures.
You can enjoy Shorinji Kempo safely
and begin to celebrate life and share
the joy with family and society as well.
Shorinji Kempo is a holistic art that
focuses on good health in mind and
body. It is a form of Spiritual discipline
as well.

citizens benefit from Shorinji Kempo in

Physical strength and stamina varies from child to
child. While some children are strong and healthy
others would be found in want of the same.
Shorinji Kempo system of techniques is built on the
natural principles of the Human Body and its Energy
body.
Basic techniques teach you how to move your hands
and feet. Basic patterns, known as ‘hokei’ forms,
teach patterns of offense and defense.
The Shorinji Kempo which we practice from day to
day, enables children to obtain the courage and
strength required to face difficulties in life. At the
same time, it develops children who can use this
strength, courage and ability to act to improve and
benefit society at large.
Shorinji Kempo is a path through which we can win
out over our own weaknesses, establish true self-
reliance, and learn to live and grow with others.
It is one way of seeking to build an ideal society for
the mutual happiness of ourselves and others.
