1. Idea for short story
• A boy named Alex gets dared to go to a newly abandoned house which
apparently has something living there who doesn’t like going there. He walks
into the house and hears some noise from a room, he opens and sees a man
crouching over appearing to be eating something, the man stands up and
turns around. He is masked and wearing old baggy clothes with a knife in his
hand, Alex sees behind him what appears to be a human on the floor. The
man stares at him and Alex decides to try and get out but the man grabs his
arm. Alex breaks free of the mans grasp and runs further into the house,
somehow the man is always one step ahead and knows where he is before
Alex even gets there. Alex runs into him again and punches his face, partially
breaking the mask where he can see the man grinning at him. He decides to
get out of the house however went the wrong way and traps himself, the man
walks out of the shadows and then he runs towards him.

3. Key Characters
• Alex- A 17/18 year old teenager, he has scruffy hair and is quite tall,
his hair is light brown. He is an outgoing teenager and likes to drink a
lot with his mates after school. He comes from a wealthy family who
live in a big house just outside of their town which is in the
countryside. He has his whole family- mum, dad, his older brother
and a younger brother. They all get along well. Alex also has a slight
lisp and likes to mess around a lot.
• The Creature- A tall man wearing a mask, he has a big build. We don’t
have any backstory of him as no one knows who or what he is. His
hair is quite short and is combed back. He wears baggy clothes which
are dirty and messy.
4. The Film World
• The setting of this place is in the countryside’s of England, the town
they live doesn't have a name as it is too small however the people
who live there call it “Grimly” as no one really likes it there, everyone
knows everyone in this town as it is that small. The mood and
atmosphere of the town is dull as not many people like it.
