The foundation for the project is going to be footing and skip joists will be placed in the first floor and the roof also. Columns are located along the main perimeter also the foundation. Also, there will be certain tests. For example, the slump test, compression and tension test will be done in the lab to make sure that the concrete meets all the requirements of strength specifications. Columns reinforcement is connected to the dowels. Columns are cast in place. Concrete is poured around the rebar to from the columns, which are also hold formwork while the concrete is drying. The second floor slab is cast in place ground floor. It is supported by formwork as well as by the beams, skips joist, and girders, which are supported by the columns. Since the water table is very deep. We will also have waterproofing and foundation drain. A waterproofing material or membrane (or both) is applied to the foundation walls, which will be below grade to minimize water accumulating in the basement or in the crawl space. Than we follow the same procedure for the roof. And we have to add the Solar panels at the roof. .
