The Belem Tower was built from 1514

The Jeronimos Monastery is a

status of National Pantheon.
7. Terreiro do paço
The Terreiro do Paço is a
square in Baixa de Lisboa,
located next to the river Tagus,
in the area that was the site of
the palace of the kings of
Portugal for about two centuries
and is now partially occupied by
some government departments.
It is one of the largest squares in
Europe, with about 36,000 m²
(180m x 200m).

The Museum of Art, Architecture
and Technology (MAAT) was
inaugurated on October 4, 2016.
It is a contemporary art museum
in Lisbon, Portugal. It is located
in the area of Belém, in lands
conquered by Lisbon to the river
Tagus at the end of the XIX
century, in one of the zones of
greater historical monumentality
of the city.
