26. Government agencies A to F are called Points of Presence
(PoPs) and they are interconnected via 10 Gigabit fiber optic links.

How the IP network works
For the nodes, the IP network team
provides a media converter. No
configuration is needed for the media
converters since they are plug n’ play
devices. Once the media converters are
plugged, the network link is activated.
