3 Rules of Adding Suffix ly to Words: 1- slow to slowly, 2- happy to happily, 3- gentle to gently

  • 1. Add –ly to the end of a word. New Word quick + ly = a happily (quick describes the noun - runner) Tommy ran quickly.
