Risk assesment
1. Risk
Assessme
nt
Props
Risk:
Unsuitable for use, could pose a
danger to the models
e.g. sharp objects/broken objects
Controlling Risk:
• Check on quality of the
product if it’s not damage
and not harmful to the model
• If the product is harmful then
think of similar props that
could have been used
instead
Record your findings:
• Check the item before the event
(make sure that model will be happy
to wear it)
Lighting
(for the
Photo)
Environmen
t
Model
Risk:
• The lighting might be too dark
• The lighting might not look
natural which might spoil the
image
Controlling Risk:
• Find a bright room where photography can be
taken
• Check on Photoshop (before the photography
day) how to manipulate photography
• If possible make the photos in the day light
Record your
findings:
• Find a bright room or a
room with windows that
would allow the light to
go in the room
Risk:
• Their might be not enough space for the
photography equipment which may be
dangerous for the model
Controlling Risk:
• Plan the environment before
taking the actual image
• Take few pictures before the
final photo shot to find out
other warning
Record your findings:
• Set up equipment before the final
photography to find out if there's
going to be enough space
Risk:
• The model my change her mind
about taking part in the
production
• It might be difficult with timing
Controlling Risk:
• Make sure to double check the time with the model
• Make sure that the model is reliable enough
Record your
findings:
• Establish a date and time
