3. INTRODUCTION
Education is very important for everyone there is no exception for everyone to
get what is called education, education for early childhood in school, which is
usually called kindergarten is the second teaching after they get teaching in their
family or home, education starts early with planting or introduction of new things
as provisions that are brought to adulthood or to the next level of education. In
early childhood or children who attend kindergarten have a nature that wants to
know higher for this stage we must have active characteristics to these students
which are called approaches, we as teachers of young students must approach them
all to know the character of each child, and apply methods that are appropriate to
their class conditions or circumstances and with accurate techniques so that they do
not feel depressed and do not feel released.
5. Approach is something that is done in
order to know the character of each child we
will teach, the approach is usually done
directly by acting like their peers. By
approaching we can find out what things or
abilities that students have and what are the
interests of these students, this is done in
order to explore the interests or talents of
students so that we can maximize or adjust to
what and how we give lessons to them
6. The method is a method used in the teaching process of
a teacher to their students, in the case of teaching an underage
student or it can be said that an early child a teacher must do the
first thing namely an approach when already doing so a teacher
knows which one is become an interest or talent from each
student thus a teacher can adjust what method they will do, for a
method suitable for early childhood is a method where students
and teachers are required to play an active role in learning and
teaching in this case a method suitable for teachers who teach
early childhood, namely direct method where the teacher as an
active facilitator gives the material and students also play an active
role in answering or responding to what the teacher does so that
the message from the learning can be delivered and can even be
applied by the students
7. . In the field of second language recognition, that is
a teacher can do learning spontaneously, first language
learning a lot of interaction in oral terms and second
language learning must be more than the first learning,
namely not only verbally, but balanced with practice freely
means there are no restrictions and barriers to each other
talk or interact with each other in order to achieve the
approach and method that is carried out, all of the second
language learning and second learning were spontaneous
and carried out with extensive practice but the learning had
no translation and no grammatical rules analysis.
8. The principles in this method are carried out exclusively in the target
language, only everyday vocabulary and sentences are taught in the sense that only
the light words are taught to them because they are still in the early age context, in
oral communication built in the development carried out with caution held around
the exchange of questions and answers between teachers and students in intensive
small classes in order to develop knowledge that will be conveyed and obtained by
students, grammar will be taught inductively, pointers emphasize that teaching is
done by way of practice or modeling, and vocabulary is taught through
demonstrations or object recognition through pictures or narratives spoken by the
teacher. But if the verbal way students do not understand it, the teacher can
describe it on the board or so on so that they understand because in early
childhood or in kindergarten they better understand when drawing and playing, so
that a teacher must first approach the students who are taught are the early age
children who cannot be taught by heavy methods or in the case of methods that
make it difficult for them to understand it all, so this method is done or applied to
early childhood which method these teachers and students share an active role in
the learning process.
9. Techniques are ways or strategies that
teachers do in applying the methods that have
been chosen, the technique that is usually used
for early childhood or in kindergarten
environments is to play around why is that?
Because they are still small and they cannot be
forced by their difficult introduction, they
must be introduced in an easy way or in the
way they often do as we know them as a
student in kindergarten, of course they play
more often,
10. Therefore, the technique used for them with the
chosen method is playing, a teacher can approach by directly
participating in playing with them so that the relationship
between them will be well established and the direct method
is implemented by means of the teacher showing pictures or
animations to students then they will be active in answering
or guessing pictures or animations shown by their teacher
from this way they will feel challenged or feel curious about
what picture the teacher shows but if there are students who
are less active then on occasion this teacher can use playing
techniques so they feel happy by learning while playing so
they will be eager to answer or guess pictures with a happy
heart and without feeling depressed and forced.
11. CONCLUSION
Thus what has been explained above can we draw the conclusion that in early
childhood teaching or in kindergarten can use three things, namely approaches,
methods and techniques that must be planned. An approach to early childhood
is by inviting acquaintances to find out the interests and talents of students after
which a suitable method can be applied that is direct method by approaching
first so we can apply the method in an oral, drawing and practice manner, and
the last is a technique used in teaching that is through play and so forth.
