1. How do I get students to pay attention and to be actively participating?
To get the attention of my students and they become actively participating I will make
use of my motivation and teaching strategies to catch their attention, desire and need. For
instance in the classroom, in middle of the period I will utilize the sense of humor to make them
smile and laugh enable for them to know that the subject would be enjoyable at the same time
they can learn more with rapid transitions.
How do I kept the flow of events moving with smooth rapid transitions?
In order to have continuation while teaching, I will make sure that there is no disturbances
that can hinder my teaching. To make the smooth rapid transitions I will minimize and stop the
negative aspects in the classroom especially those students who are deviants.
How do I communicate to students what I expect of them and or my expectations appropriate?
As a teacher, I will communicate with them as a teacher in the way of teaching them the
subject matter and I will expect that they are listening and put into reality.
How do I build good relationships with my students?
In the part of personal relationship as a teacher with students I will interact with them as
a teacher, a parent and a friend in which they feel comfortable that will build-up a student-
teachers relationship.
How do I deal with very resistant students?
In the classroom, we have different students, now one of these are resistant learners in
which plays an important role. Resistant learners are deviant, students in which only the teacher
can stop their being naughty in the classroom. As a teacher, I will deal with them as a parent to
guide them in the better way, teaching them the good personality and moral values.
What does it takes to explain clearly?
It takes to explain the whole thing. It expands the knowledge in each students.
Consequently, the thinking of each students is unlimited (broad and open complex).
How do I make my lesson more interesting & effective?
I will make my lesson more interesting and effective by planning them beforehand.
Planning is the best before going to have the subject matter to be taught. From that planning I
will make my insertion of techniques in my subject matter. For an instance, I am discussing about
the dance steps of one of the tribes. In the moment that I will make some jokes but has a reality
which leads to effectively of my subject matter.
2. How do I get the most out of my space & furniture?
In the classroom management each of space and furniture must be cleaned and place in
the corner which is suitable in placing it. The placing of furniture must be plan and its place should
be cleaned as well as the divans, chairs that is easy to move, table and mini-library.
How can I vary my teaching styles?
I will vary my teaching styles in my subject matter that deals with the connection of the
subject through the learners. The basis of my teaching styles is from the subject matter depends
to my learners. The teaching styles would be vary for learning of the students.
How can I adjust of students learning style?
As a teacher, I will adjust to the students learning style by saying “very good” in a
particular questions that I will ask from them. A good teacher can easily know the student if
he/she is learning or not. I should be flexible.
What is my hidden curriculum?
My hidden curriculum would be invisible. I will make my curriculum invisible to make my
students ready and alert before we start to the next lesson.
How do I know what students have really learn?
I will know if my students have learn or not by evaluating them. Evaluation is my basis if
my students have learn or not. The examples of my evaluation are quizzes, exams, summative
test and practicum.
How do I build or adjust curriculum for maximum effectiveness?
I will build or adjust curriculum for maximum effectiveness if necessary. For instance, my
learners has inability in learning my subject, now it’s the time for me to adjust curriculum enable
for me to be effective teacher and my students will now learn.
