• The website contains certain graphics that help in conveying the message of Public Mobile about their
products and services. The used graphics are consistent with the conveyed message.
• The customers of Public Mobile are the company’s key audience. The key messages of Public Mobile is
that people can use the services of Public Mobile without going through many hurdles like credit
checks, surprise bills and others. This message has been able in connecting the company with its
customers.
STEP - 2
• Public Mobile received Internet Media Coverage. In the presence of massive popularity and use of
