Why you should sell old laptops (part 2)
1. Why You Should Sell Old Laptops (Part 2)
In the first part, three compelling reasons were offered as to why you should sell old laptops.
One, it is healthy for the environment. Old laptops suck up more energy because the power circuitry loses efficiency
as the years go by. When you use an old laptop, you use more energy, thus you’ll have more bills to pay. By buying
power efficient laptops of today, you’ll save plenty of money.
Second, more features are installed in laptops today. Take the case of Apple’s laptops. Right now, they have
Thunderbolt ports installed, which is faster than USB. Third, you’ll be able to get plenty of work done. Plenty of added
features mean plenty of benefits. Multitasking is better and you can be more productive.
Now, let’s take a look at another reason:
1. Better entertainment
It’s already been presented that modern laptops have better features and perform better. So what does this mean?
Better entertainment!
It’s pretty obvious that we use our laptops for entertainment too, not just for getting work done. We watch movies,
play music and play games.
By buying the latest laptop, you’ll be able to have fun in many new ways.
If you’re a hardcore gamer, you’ll definitely benefit from the improved hardware. Games will run smoothly.
Also, buying a better laptop means an increase in audio quality. Since laptop speakers are small, they’re prone to
being cranked up, which leads to increased wear and tear. The speakers get ruptured and the result is distorted
audio.
When that happens, all of your songs will sound like they’re being played through a tin can. Not cool!
Tune in to the last part of the series which will cover the final two reasons why one should sell used laptops.
