Security Officer/Shift Leader – U.S. Army January 2014 - Present
McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK
Serve as a security officer on fixed shifts and rotating posts on a U.S. Army Ammunition Depot,
and at posts and patrols at a large Army depot applying maximum security measures for the
protection of property, materiel, equipment, and personnel where continual potential danger
exists from fire, explosions, industrial accidents, theft, unauthorized entry, sabotage, espionage,
and terrorist activities; to participate in regularly scheduled training in the techniques of first aid,
sabotage, disorder, riot disaster, counter terrorism, etc. Installation missions cover storage,
renovation, and maintenance of conventional ammunition; general supplies storage; maintenance
of combat and transport vehicles, artillery, fire control equipment, small arms, and guided
missiles; and administrative and support activities. Installation employs 1800 to 2000 U.S. Army
civilian employees.

Oversaw regular deployments of 75 personnel and support equipment to four separate locations
supporting the President’s Counter-Drug initiative. Personnel under my supervision provided
critical intelligence analysis and security operations to military commanders directly responsible
for intelligence support to the President of the United States and the U.S Congress. Responsible
for the care and training of 65 enlisted Soldiers and served as the primary advisor to the
Company Commander. Responsible for management and execution of physical and information
security operations for Sensitive Compartmented Information facilities in two CONUS location
and one foreign location.
Operations NCO September 2009 - June 2010
U.S Army, El Paso, TX
Published and disseminated Operations Orders, and Standard Operating Procedures and
Programs of Instruction, for an element of 250 personnel. Responsible for ensuring all personnel
and supporting elements were trained and complied with all Department of the Army security
requirements for Sensitive Compartmented information facilities and classified information.
Advised all local commanders on status of their security procedures and necessary improvements
or changes needed to meet DA requirements.
Military Transition Team NCOIC June 2008 - July 2009
U.S. Army, Najaf, Iraq
Served in a training and advisory position with an Iraqi Army Brigade providing insight and
recommendations to the Iraqi Senior Enlisted Advisor on matters of training personnel and
providing physical security for Iraqi Soldiers both on Iraqi Army installations and during combat
patrols. Initiated a total soldier training program for the enlisted soldiers within the Brigade to
include physical security training, combat patrol and cordon and search force protection
standards, weapons qualification and Noncommissioned Officer leadership training programs.
Conducted multiple combat patrols in several locations across Iraq, advising and implementing
force protection procedures in a real world combat environment for a 10 member advisory team
working independently.
Instructor/Writer February 2007 - June 2008
U.S. Army, Fort Huachuca, AZ
Developed and instructed Programs of Instruction for the U.S. Army’s only Intelligence Master
Analyst course and served as Senior Instructor for the U.S. Army’s only TROJAN Operator’s
Course. Responsible for creating the curriculum and ensuring instructor’s provided adequate and
appropriate instruction for the Army’s primary secure classified information field
communication system. Responsible for the processing and dissemination of classified
information across multiple Army installations around the world.
Brigade Analysis and Control Element NCOIC August 2004 - February 2007
U.S. Army, Fort Wainwright, AK
Responsible for oversight, quality control and dissemination of all the Brigade Intelligence
products, ensuring timely and accurate information was provided to U.S. ground forces in Mosul
and Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for the care and training of 31 enlisted Soldiers and the
accountability and operations of 30 million dollars worth of Army equipment.
Embassy Survey Production Analyst April 2002 - June 2004
U.S. Army, MacDill Air Force Base, FL
Responsible for the post production and dissemination of U.S. Embassy surveys conducted
worldwide. Provided quality control of surveys of Embassies, utilized in the event of situations
requiring the tactical extraction of U.S. citizens from foreign countries. Analyzed and
disseminated recommended ingress and egress routes for special operations forces conducting
tactical extractions of U.S. personnel from foreign cities.
