It was a way to just sit there and sort of zone out and forget the troubles of the day. However, now
more and more people are sitting down at night and watching reality television shows. Reality
television shows are less relaxing than the sitcoms people use to watch. They involve the audience

We live in a century where most all the things are normal in today 's day, or maybe that is the way I
see things. I was born in the 90's, where most of the children didn 't have a cellphone, instead they
had bicycles, dirt and not stress at all. There were good times back then. Today we have smart

TV series. I have to mention that there is one TV show in particular that has captivated my eyes, its

The days of traditional television shows, movies and plays are slowly coming to an end. Many
people have replaced scripted shows with favorite actors with reality television. Reality television
has introduced viewers to a cast of regular people they can relate to, and some of whom they are
fond of or mimic in their day–to–day life basis. Reality television has however been on the receiving
end of endless criticism. Critics maintain that it has "overwhelmingly turned young girls into divas
and young men into bodybuilders ". Despite this rapid transition in media that has led many to an
