has been in a state of fluctuation. It came under Spanish rule in the 1500s and did not gain

late 1950s did the country transition into a military rule and only in the past few decades has it

Eventually Napoleon went on to overthrow the Bourbon dynasty, which held a throne in Spain, and
established a liberal constitution (Vanden & Prevost 2015). This liberal constitution is what helped
other Latin American countries gain their independence (Tathagatan 2008). To honor their liberator,
the people of Bolivia elected Bolίvar for life, but he only served for a few months. In the late 1820s,
Bolivia came under the rule of José Antonio de Sucre, its first constitutionally elected president

accountant that placed a lot of value on integrity. He was hired to work as an accountant for the
firm. Baker like many other firms was faced with a dilemma that tested the firm's ethical standings.
Even though a firm may be faced with a difficult decision, the firm's ethical standing helps

Integrated reporting is a new method to focus on various aspects of an organizing and can be rapidly
gained international recognition. In this paper, I will focus on its definition, function, effect,
valuation and framework.
A. Definition and Explanation
According to the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), the Integrated reporting () is
defined as "is a process founded on integrated thinking that results in a periodic integrated report by
an organization about value creation over time and related communications regarding aspects of
value creation. An integrated report is a concise communication about how an organization's
strategy, governance, performance and prospects, in the context of its external environment, lead to

The primary requirement of integrated reporting is treat value as beyond financial terms – a non–

This study was a seminal replication on attention blink similar to the one done by Raymond et al, in
a rapid serial visual presentation (RSVP) task. This study predicted that there would be a higher
accuracy for identifying the first target, T1 and lower accuracy for the second target, T2 depending
on the lag, given that T1 was accurately reported. 193 students participated in the experiment. This
experiment was a part of the course requirement. There was a stream of 19 letters, each lasting for
100 ms. The target letters, T1 and/or T2, to be identified were either a 'J' or a 'K' or both from the
stream of 19 letters presented. In this study, a total of 60 trials were conducted for each participant.
For T1, there were 30 'J' and 30 'K' targets. T2 comprised of 24 J, 24 K and 12 null targets. The
participants were asked to decide whether they saw the letters J, K, both or neither following the
RSVP stream. They were asked to do so by using a button click mechanism. At the end of all the
trials, the participants were presented with a summary of their performance report. It was observed
that the percentage of T1 reported does not vary significantly as a function of lag. Also, the
percentage of T2 reported varied as a function of lag. At greater lag positions, it was seen that the
percentage of T2 reported goes above that of T1.

improve current system of police reporting in Malaysia which is the Police Reporting System (PRS)

As mentioned above, role is very important factor in police reporting in order to make the report,

Lately, it is becoming more and more common for companies to report their financials using Non–
GAAP earnings. "A non–GAAP financial measure is a numerical measure of an issuer's historical or
future financial performance, financial position, or cash flow that excludes amounts that are found in
GAAP financials" (SEC, 2002). Non–GAAP earnings are an alternative way of reporting the
performance of a company as opposed to GAAP earnings. Many companies often report non–GAAP
earnings alongside the required GAAP earnings. They claim that non–GAAP earnings more
accurately depicts what the company is going through and precisely shows their financials. A few
common examples of non– GAAP earnings are pro forma earnings, cash earnings, operating
earnings, and EBITA (SEC, 2002). Pro forma refers to earnings, which exclude non–recurring items
(SEC, 2001). It is regularly found that technology startups are responsible for a lot of the use of
non–GAAP earnings because these corporations remove certain items like taxes in their non–GAAP
accounting to turn loss into profit (Young 2013). Because of the lack of standardization and the
potential for creative accounting, it makes it difficult to draw relevant comparisons among
companies or draw meaningful information from these statistics. These reasons alone make the SEC
