2. ๏ I decided to focus my exhibition on wildlife
photography. I chose this topic because when
I was taking my practice photos, I found
there are a lot of aspects of wildlife in many
places, so there are lots of chances to take
good photos.
3. ๏ My inspiration came from the wildlife
photography on the National Geographic
website and photographers like John
Halvorson and Massimo Gugliucciello, whose
work is shown below.
4. ๏ I used a Canon EOS 1100D Digital SLR Camera
to take my photos.
๏ I edited my images in Photoshop.
๏ I learnt a new skill using a complex digital
camera, and I learnt a lot about using filters
and changing colours in Photoshop.
5. To edit this photo, I used the quick selection
tool to select one flower at a time, then
experimented with the hue/saturation tool to
change the colours of them. I also colorized
the photo and used the hue/saturation on the
entire image to make it brighter and bring out
the colours more.
6. This photo didnโt need much editing; I
only colorized it and changed the hue
and saturation to a different colour.
7. ๏ I think my images are good because I like the use
of colours in them, but I could have used more
complex editing techniques on some of them; to
accomplish this I will learn how to use these
tools if I were to do this project again. But
overall I am pleased with my project because I
learned new photography and Photoshop skills
and did better than I thought I would.
