My Philosophy of Education
Attendance Policy
 Students who attend class tend to pass!
Grading Scale
 A rubric will be given for each assignment.
 You will be given the opportunity to complete your
own personal evaluation prior to consulting with
the teacher for final evaluation.
 Assignments are graded based upon a 10 point
value scale for each area of evaluation up to 100
total points.
 Points are totaled for each assignment with
grades corresponding to the district’s grading
scale.
 90 – 100 = A 70 – 79 = C
 80 – 89 = B 60 – 69 = D

Make-Up Assignments
 Make-up assignments will be given for school
absences.
 A school absence is classified as a day
where you:
 Did not report to school
 Receive an early dismissal
Art brings our imagination to life.
