Nazi Germany Project
1. Oral Presentations.
What to consider:
● State the aim of your presentation. Eg: "In the following presentation, we
will analyse the role of young people in Nazi Germany. First, we shall deal
with... Then,... and finally...
● Although it may be a good idea to subdivide the work at first, remember
that all the members in the group should know the topic and not just their
part. This also means that you should all check the work of individual
members of the group.
● Use visuals including images as well as quotes related to your topic not
only to exemplify your points but also to create an impact, which in this
topic is specially significant.
● Use key concepts in slides rather than long phrases or paragraphs.
Remember that slides are not meant to be read but merely used to
prompt or to provide support to what you are saying by means of visuals.
● Pay attention to language and spelling.
● Acknowledge the sources you took material from in your presentation
whether virtual or not.
● Try not to use more than 10 slides.
● When you finish designing your presentation, think on a note taking
exercise for your classmates to complete as you deliver your presentation.
