Project Description:
1. Small ticket
The Small Ticket system incorporates all the merchandise movement
management functions needed for totally online unit control operation. The function of
the system is to manage the movement merchandise from vendor to store through
Distribution center (DC).To manage this movement we use 5 different systems namely
RCV,EDI,FLR,FLO,FDR. Macy’s store creates the purchase order (PO), then POP team
processes the purchase order (PO) & send it to the vendor, from vendor merchandise will
moves to store through distribution centre (DC).
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the jobs.
• Handling support individually.
• Resolving Job and Script Abends after analyzing the root cause.
• Working on business tickets and giving a resolution to their problems.
• Move the coding from production to test region using ENDEVOR tool.
• Changes the coding as per the client requirement.
• Writing code and testing to give permanent solution for business enhancement
tickets.
• Getting updates from onsite on a daily basis.
• Completing the given tasks by the End of Day and sending it to onsite.
