I was recruited as a software trainee and was assigned to work as a software developer using
SQL and PL/SQL, then I was reassigned to software testing due to internal organizational
restructuring, where in it has been my current job profile since.
Job Profile:
 Preparing/writing and executing test cases, creating traceability matrices as well as
defining required test data.
 Performs product testing using both manual test techniques and automated tools.
 Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as well as Software Testing Life
Cycle.
 Proficient in performing and participating in static review of all kinds of testability
documents: functional requirements and specifications analysis, inspections of design
documents and business rules.
 Performs Quality Control, issue identification, defect logging and verification, and
problem resolution.
 Performs Cross platform web testing on all major web browsers i.e. Safari, Google
Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.

I worked as a Senior Associate Recruiter for the BPO work force. I was a part of the team (Talent
scout) for the EMPLOYEE REFERRAL (ER) program for Accenture, within the sourcing team for
recruitment. The employee referral program was one of the low cost channels for recruitment
and was given priority in sourcing for employees. A lot of initiatives were taken by the team and
myself to coordinate with the business leads and the employees, which helped improve on the
credibility of the employee referral program.
Job profile:
 Planned and executed various schemes on a regular basis, which helped motivate the
employees to refer candidates.
 I kept myself and the team updated on the open demand for the BPO, which in turn
helped us to be more proactive towards closing the open demand through the referral
program. This helped the team increase the percentage of contribution though employee
referral.
 Took charge of the employee referral helpdesk to resolve queries or escalations via E-
mail, pertaining to the employee referral program.
 Had a regular interaction with the employees, specific to a deal, with the support of their
managers, updating them about the various open demand and schemes running for the
BPO.
 Created and designed email communications which were sent daily to the employees
using the internal mailer tool, also updated them about the walk-in events planned
through the employee referral for the current open demand.
 I managed the entire BPO Bonus payouts for the Employee referral program.
 I handled escalations on complex ER Bonus discrepancies.
 I managed procurement for all ER merchandize, starting from raising the PR to delivery
of merchandize.
Initiatives taken
 Helped coordinate and screen profiles during walk-in events (H&LS, AHRS, MAPLE...), to
quicken the interview process during a bandwidth crunch within the team.
 Designed and acquired necessary approvals for an “ER SPOC BADGE” to be created. In
turn to be worn by the ER SPOCS for the BPO.
 Conducted sessions at the NEW JOINER ORIENTATION on employee referral.
 Addressed and educated the employees of the training batches, internal and the external
locations, for the voice processes during a bandwidth crunch within the team.
 Wielded the responsibility to coach new joiners to the team about the processes followed
and ensured the configuration of IT enabled services (Enterprise ID creation, Domain
configuration, Acquiring necessary approvals for Access cards and ID cards).
 Solely Transitioned the ER BPO helpdesk to the GSCO team.
 Streamed lined the various source discrepancy trackers maintained into one single
tracker.
 Proposed and introduced new statuses on abacus, HR Tool, "On hold Sourcing" and
"Candidate not reachable sourcing" which helped recycling of candidates easier and
faster.
 Helped the candidate management team by taking interviews at times of bandwidth
crunches within the candidate management team.
 Provide feedback to the ER SPOCS on an excel sheet pertaining to the referrals who had
walked in for an interview, for a particular process, which improved the turn around time,
which helped build credibility of Employee Referral within business.
 Acquired necessary approvals from the marcom (Mass communications) team to change
/ rejuvenated the ER banner used in the daily communications mailed to all employees.

I was employed as a “Bridge Trainer” for “Pro-hr” – a Paramount Manpower Consultancy in
Mysore.

 Analyzing the diction of each candidate prior to guiding him/her towards the necessary
training program – Spoken English/ Call Pro.
 Following up on each candidate who has been counseled for the training programs.
 Conducting training for the candidates who have registered for the program, to improve
on their communication skills in English and hone their interview skills.
