PDHPE teaches students to make informed decisions about physical activity and healthy lifestyles through lessons on topics like internet safety, relationships, and nutrition. It encourages self-understanding, valuing others, and responsible decision making. Students will spend one hour per week in PE class, one hour for school sport, and be encouraged to do physical activities as homework to promote an active lifestyle and wellbeing.
