Job Description:
1. In Mall Advertising- Administer in mall advertising space to tenants and ensure that no in
mall advertising space left empty.
Advertisers (external)
entertain inquiries, provide advertising rates and space and orient advertisers on
procedural guidelines in applying for an advertising space
prepare in mall advertising agreement
inform accounts (accounts must send invoice to the advertisers)
issue installation permit once everything is approved
monitor ad duration and ensure new materials are available to cover the space.
2. Tenant Marketing Administration
Responsible for the approval of tenants marketing/promotional activity.
Release marketing form to tenants for any brand marketing activity.
Ensure that Sharjah Economic Permit is provided and artwork has the same
message as per the permit prior to giving approval.
3. Creative Agency coordination
Communicate Management's comments on layouts submitted
Follow up creative executions, corrections, revisions, artwork
4. Press Relations
Prepare Media invitations for mall special events/exhibits and confirm attendance
Arrange press kits for media visitors covering mall special events/exhibits
Follow up publication of press releases
5. Media Planning
Prepare media plan for mall promotions, special events
Coordinate with different media publications for media booking
6. Mall Traffic Monitoring
Secure daily traffic report and generate monthly inbounds report.
7. Purchase Order
Act as a purchase officer for any Marketing related requirements.
Source out 3 suppliers for quotation, negotiate prices, request accounts for LPO
and follow up delivery/execution.
8. Website Maintenance
Regularly check website content and update details when necessary. Follow up
request for corrections.
9. Social Media Management (facebook, instagram, twitter)
Upload materials sent by tenants.
Coordinate with social media agency for possible social media competition/activity
2. 10. Mega Mall Loyalty Card Maintenance
Update the Mega More participating outlet list regularly by sending an invitation to
new mall tenants to participate in the mega More discount privileged card.
Ensure that the participation of the tenants in the list is up to date.
11. Marketing Contact Database- Ensure that tenants contact database is updated.
12. Documentation (taking photos)
Ensure that all branding collaterals of promotion and events have photos. File
supporting documents according to project/event/subject. Ensure that all the
marketing folder including the invoice file has its supporting documents.
13. Events Administration
Assist the Marketing & Events Executive for execution of all mall events/promotions.
Actively contribute with ideas, and suggestions for thematic mall decorations and
mall promotions.
