Education is a social process by which knowledge is
transmitted to the pupils through the intermediaries
namely the teachers. It occurs through non-formal and
formal systems.. All formal systems are based on the
classroom teaching. "The destiny of India is being
shaped in her classroom", has been rightly pointed out
bytheIndianEducationCommission(IEC)1964-66and
hence it may safely be advocated that the destiny of
our nations being shaped by the teachers. According
to theAmerican Education Commission, the qualityof

Standard Deviation and also by using 't' test.
Results and Discussion
Table 1
It is recorded from the above Table 1 that the obtained
t value of 3.70 is greater than the table value of 1.98,
therefore the value becomes significant and we reject
the null hypothesis and accept the alternate hypoth-

In all, from the above discussion Table 1 and Table 2 it
is concluded that the student teachers who are extro-
verts are better than introverts and ambiverts with re-
gard to their teacher effectiveness and also there is no
significant difference in teacher effectiveness among
extroverts and ambiverts and also between ambiverts
and introverts.Therefore, it isrecommendedthatthere
is a need to develop open mindedness among the stu-
dent teachers as to enable them to be very open and
frank teachers which ultimately results in their teacher
effectiveness which in turn helps in successful learn-
ing achievement among their pupils.
