How to Set Review Options
• To allow students who did not submit the quizzes to be able to Review them
as preparation for an exam:
You must do two more things after you have Graded & Released them all. (Or
after the Assessment closes if they are being Automatically Scored.)
Use the Global Functions at the Top of the Grading Window
“Award zeros to non-submitters”.
“Add Comments to all Submissions” : Add a quick comment to all.

3. Assigning Grades to Students
Who Did Not Submit Anything
AT&S Allows You to ”Force A Grade”, Return A Zero Score and Comments Back To The Student.
1. On the Grading Page >> Click on the Title of the Assessment
Students who didn’t submit: Names are blacked out, Final Score Box is empty. Status = Not Started.
2. Enter a Score in the Final Score Box. This can be ’0’, or any points you want to assign to the unsubmitted item.
3. Click the Save Button.
Once you click the Save Button, the Students’ Name become an active link.
4. Click on a Student Name to open the Comments area for that student.
5. Insert Comments for the student >> Click on Done or Next button to move on.
Status for ”Review” (The Rules)
• If the submission was started & Submitted by the student, it is now ”Finished”: Review is available (as per settings).
• If the submission created by the instructor by adding a Final Score, but has no Comments: Review is not available.
• If the submission was created by the instructor, and has a score as well as comments: Review is available.
• Status of Assessment:
• If a student did not submit an assessment, and has a zero score, the status shows as ”Did not complete” in
AT&S and Course Map.
• If a student Started a submission or has a Score greater than zero, then it will show as “Finished”.
