- Habermas om Informationssystem 24 november 2004 Mathias Klang <klang@informatik.gu.se> The result of this disruption of social behavioural norms leads people to adapt their lives and behaviour to create new social interactional codes of behaviour in keeping with the new technology in their lives (Cowan Schwartz 1983, White 1962, 1972). At the same time (or more often later) the disruption caused by the new technology causes the regulator to react. The latter is not necessarily the state legislator but can also be any entity with the power to act (there may also be several such entities acting concurrently).
