UNSPSC, normalizing the UOM, standardizing on major and minor attributes, and
maintaining an updated database of recalls and replacements.

Classification of Line item data to the UNSPSC and analysing spend with respect to different
dimensions available in data to provide wide range of spend visibility and Customized
Analysis Reports.
Handling end to end spend Analysis operations from gathering requirement from
client.
Involved in creating the project plan, Allocating right resources, Taxonomy
consultation, collecting right spend data, Use the data extraction templates, creating
central database, classify data to defined taxonomy, enrichment of suppliers,
Create Spend reports, Make necessary changes to data and reports to obtain desired
reports.

Standardization of item description – Enrichment of item descriptions by
identification of attributes, 120 char short description and complete long
description.
Validation & Standardization of Vendor master –

ii) Validation of catalog number
iii) Validation of packing information (UOM) and conversion factor
Supplier Data Enrichment – map the client supplier data to supplier records in
the data enrichment supplier base, providing parent and company specific
business risk information.
Catalog Data Enrichment – classify, normalize and rationalize the catalog
information.
