1st , about myself
I believe life is full of surprise, just like mine. As my personality, aggressive, braveness,
confidence is fulfill my characters. I had spent almost 10 years lived in the U.S. alone.
That experience is very special and interesting. Besides, I had traveled over 30 states around
the US. for the job. Also, I had been through few South American countries. I really have
passion for getting to know new people and learn new things.
My job is helping local franchise to marketing the product and quality control.
I have to teach them how to serve customers and trouble shooting, we have to make sure
they(customers) are happy with us. Even thought, its turn into a routine to me, still I enjoy it
very much.
As my personality, is aggressive, brave, confidence. I would love to learn from all the people
around me, and always be patient to communicate with peoples. Most importantly, I love to be
me.
Every person has his own personal value which is the most priceless thing I believe.
I had learned this lesson while I was in the U.S. I have more time to think about myself and
figure out who I am. I always be honest
As I started my job in the US. Most people look down on me .They don’t think I can come over
all that barrels, including language, working skill and professional knowledge. However, I never
back down when I got a chance. I start learn as possible as I can. People start can accept my
soliciting by either knock the door, and cold calling. Never stop learning, I told myself.
Indeed, I learned a lot during the process. Then, I start to train people how to sell through my
path.
The company was really happy about what I did, I got promote very soon. Stores growth
shortly from 2 to 14 within 4 years.
After I got promote, I need to getting used to passing around my knowledge how to all the
trainees. Therefore, its not a easy job to do.
Most people have their own idea about the marketing. Our training section is a very short term.
I have to persuade they to go our (companies) direction which is we have to have compromise.
Most people would stay down just follow the trainer. I want them to bring up for
discussion, However, I have seen a lot of different ideas and logical thinking going on, of
course, I have to learn from other people while I am training them.
I have been through all the different situations. All the differences ideas can make my mind
more flexible, also can accept the compromise. I didn’t see all these conflict at very beginning.
I mentioned before, I am really good at learning from the others, also comply to the reality.
2. In conclusion I had a pretty good run for my US experience.
2nd What I did in the Cartridge Depot,
I am a full time trainer for the company. Whenever we have a new location(all around the
world). I am the person go there for set up the store and sales training. Teach them how to deal
with potential customers and take care the customers walk into the store.
When I am in the headquarter the Baltimore office, I am on way knock on the door hustle.
Persuade the people make business with us.
The way to touch the customer including send up the flies, shooting the emails, making the
appointment with buyers. Send up the price list and negotiate the price is the most impartment
part of the job, and also help the other team member make the deal.
3rd Job in Taiwan, at LIOHO MACHINE
I am a project leader for many car OEMs.(Ford ,China Motor, Toyota Taiwan ,MSIL-Suzuki in
India, Toyota Taiwan) Tracking the schedule, quality check, trouble shooting, cost control,
ERP system build up for a new model. All steps trail out management, and travel to India for
the commissioning (2years accumulation). Also design check for the die and jig before we do
the trail. I had spent 2 years in India for die commissioning. Communication around all the
different departments. I really learn how to be a PM leader and be focus on my goal.
Gathering all related people’s effort to approach the final goal is my value for this company.
Indeed, they are totally different job field, but that also creates my strength for the self learning.
Push me to another higher level to be a more functional employee in such a short time. Still, I
push myself never stop learning,
4th Future,
I really want to bring my job to next level, also make my work more helpful to the company.
Generally speaking, as a PM I can surly push the program under my timing schedule.
Accordingly, all the departments’ support should be coming to the same page. Another word,
we should have the same language for the program control. Etc. where is the risk ? who can fix
the issue? Is customer really bother by that?
I can draw a line for warning the group. Even more, I will fix it before it really happen.
